Western cuisine... 11:58 PM

Have been eating Western food these days. Not by choice, just happened tt my colleagues suggested to go these places... Celebrate one of my colleague's bday at Hogs' Breath ytd and went for western lunch today again.

Hmm... How to lose weight like tt leh...

Firstly, everything is cooked with butter, butter and butter... It can be boring as everything tastes similar, worse still, it's v fattening.

Secondly, I know fries are fattening. And it's oso addictive, will make u keep eating non-stop. Even if not the fries, they always have some high carbohydrate finger food. Finger food always seems harmless. Cute bite size food gives an illusion tt you are eating v little.

Thirdly, it always come with a set(soup + fattening dessert), which means it's more 'worth' it but u are also eating more.

I somehow cannot stomach these western food properly. I feel bloated after eating them.

Well, though occasionally I crave for fastfood or steak but western food is nv not my first choice. I prefer chinese food... like hot soup(hmm.... remind me of steamboat again. :P) ...

Main course:
Burger... One of my colleague's choice. Hmm... I think i will nv choose burger as my choice as the main course over steaks n chicken.

Teriyaki chicken with mushroom. My choice. :)


Beef steak... hmm... I tasted a portion of my colleague's steak. Feel tt it's a bit dried. It doesn't comes with sauce, we actually requested for mushroom sauce ourselves.
Dory fish with prawn. I shld have chosen this.
